a joyful long-table dinner celebrating spring, seasonality and our talented makers.
hosted at the beautiful CUPITT’S ESTATE, this springtime gathering brings together the region’s unique producers, chefs, winemakers, brewers, distillers and artisans for an evening of shared food, local drinks and live music by the castaways.
makers for our opening dinner including:
pre dinner drinks and aperitifs: appellation oysters, old salt gin, dangerous ales, cupitt’s estate
starters: lagom bakery, martin’s ridge farm
dinner: cupitts estate, duro pasta and a host of local milton producers
dessert: milk haus
+ fred flowers, local aritst fernanda o’connell and a few other surprise appearances…..
expect a menu full of seasonal, regional flavour and conversation that flows as easily as the wine.
there’ll be fundraising prizes, good company and plenty of reasons to raise a glass in celebrating the official festival opening.
